Our History

HMS Civils has continued to grow from strength to strength since its inception in March 2003. The fast growing list of successfully completed projects including Bridge and Carpark Expansion Joints, severe Pavement Crack Repairs, Anti-Skid Surfacing, Bridge Lifting and Bearing Maintenance and Traffic Control, bears testimony to the diligence and efficiency of HMS Civils staff from Management level right through to the work face.

HMS Civils significantly helped lift the standard of completed work in Australia from mediocre to World's Best Practice in less than 18 months, thus greatly improving customer confidence and opening the way for a greater variety of modern technology options for maintaining valuable assets at reduced cost.

HMS Civils can accomodate the majority of your road pavement cracking problems, from the normal small expansion type cracks of 1 to 3 mm using Overseal Banding techniques, to the larger cracks of 10 up to 300 mm using recessed repairs. For these large cracks in asphalt pavements, Fibrescreed is applied to a milled recess and on concrete pavements its sister product Zebracrete is applied to a milled recess.
